Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm so glad you stopped by. I believe everyone should have a birth doula during their pregnancy journey no matter where they choose to birth. As a birth doula I support you right where you are at with knowledge, comfort and strength. It is beatuiful when you become confident in your God given abilities in birth.  My name is Amanda I grew up in the Ouchita Mountains of Arkansas. I transplanted to St. Louis and my husband and I began our lives together. I homeshooled our five children and as I began to think my life as an empty nester, being a birth doula fit my nature and skills perfectly.  I  have trained with DONA International, Spinning Babies and I received my certification with Global Community Community.  I  have also attended training workshops though the Association of Christian Birth Professionals. I also have my NRP and BLS certification with the idea of eventually doing some birth assisiting.  In addition to being a birth doula I enjoy leading and encouraging the Christian Birth Workers of St. Louis. In my free time you might find me traveling, connecting with a friend over a cup of coffee, watching a historical movie or spending time with my family. I'm looking forward to meeting you soon!
