Thanks again for stopping by..I would like to  provide a few basic details about what it would look like to have me on your birth team. To start things off, let's visit at your favorite local coffee shop. No pressure,  just getting  to know each other.  During our visit we will discuss your needs and wants for your upcoming birth. My style is fairly simple and laid back,letting you take the lead with what you want and need.  Being a wife, mother, grandmother and homeschooling my five children has given me life wisdom for supporting women during their birth journeys. That is something money can't buy! If you have a question I can't answer, I always happy to do a little research to help you in your decisions. 

During active labor I find it helpful to change positions often and staying  relaxed as much as possible. Forward leaning inversions and side lying releases are some of my favorite tools to help your baby get in the best position for birth. Utilizing the tub and shower are amazing and really help! I will help guide your partner, helping him know what posiitons and pain relief techniques would be helpfu. 

After your baby arrives I will stay until you feel settled which is usually about 1-2 hours. This is is the time you and your family will be getting to know each other.  I'll will be available to help as needed, but this is you and your family's time. 

Here is a little bit our your financial invetment. If you decided I am a good fit for your birth team,  it would be a good idea to submit your initial deposit (as soon as possible.($400)

This will secure your birth on my schedule. Sometime during your last trimester we will meet to discuss your birth plan and any details about your upcoming birth. If  possible, we can also practice some posiitons you might use during labor. This is  when the remaining amount would submitted($400).

After your birth we will schedule a follow up visit to check on you and your baby. This is a sweet time as we remember your beautiful birth story.
